IRVINE, Calif., January 23, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Alliant Insurance Services is honored to once again receive The Insurance Business in America The prestigious 5 Star Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) Award. This marks the third year in a row that Alliant has received this recognition, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to advancing DE&I within the organization and its industry.

The 5 Star DE&I Awards were launched in 2022 to recognize and celebrate companies in the insurance industry that have created effective DE&I programs to drive positive change and promote a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

To identify the most effective DE&I programs, The Insurance Business in America the research team invited firms to share their DE&I initiatives from the past 12 months, conducted individual interviews with DE&I professionals to determine which companies met or exceeded expectations, and contacted company employees to assess the programs’ effectiveness. Companies that scored 4.0 or higher on a scale of 1 to 5 were recognized as 5-star DE&I programs.
